Overview:
FM Essentials will facilitate an interactive forum defining the
facility and/or property management software specifications
required to compliment your organisation and help you define your
facility management business strategy.
The pre-implementation workshop will be conducted over one day and is used to gather information which is later provided as a comprehensive software report, detailing:

Stakeholders will complete the workshop responsible in part for the
new strategic direction, and with a fresh approach will also
understand how they will contribute to the data collection and
"buy-in" to the much needed "roll-out" support.
The comprehensive software report can be used to support your
internal business case, submitted for review and budget
allocation.
