fmXpert stores detailed information for each asset, including:
the asset's location
serial number, model and expected life in years
warranty and registration information
manufacturer, supplier, installer and service provider details
pricing information including purchase price, replacement price, depreciation and current value
asset components (including serial, model number and rating for each component)
Performance and Efficiency
Keep track of asset performance by periodically measuring and recording performance indicators. fmXpert stores these values and charts them against time.
You can:
store information for as many indicators as you would like for each asset
define your own indicators in the Reading Type lookup table.
Monitor asset efficiency through fmXpert's efficiency chart, which tracks the maintenance performed by type:
scheduled maintenance (in green), and
breakdown repairs (in red).
An increasing frequency of breakdown repairs indicates a decrease in the asset's efficiency.
Maintenance History
fmXpert maintains a history of all maintenance performed on an asset including scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs. The jobs are colour-coded according to their status.
Condition history
Monitor an asset's condition by:
periodically asessing the asset's condition
recording it in the Asset record
fmXpert maintains a history of changes to an asset's condition.
Asset-Related Documents
Store all documents relating to an asset with the asset record. Use this feature to store maintenance, procedures, certificates, diagrams or any documents that pertain to the asset.
